Shipping Information:

We try to fill all orders within 5-7 shipping days if items are in stock. If we need to make them or have them made we will inform you of the schedule shift. We love to converse with our customers about our products and share detailed information about the product. Please feel free to call us with any questions or concerns. Every need is different and we are here to accommodate your needs and make arrangement that suit you. Please do this in advance of ordering products so that we are on the same page. In general all sales are final if we do not make prior arrangements either in an email or by phone. In the event that the product arrives damaged we ask that you ship it back snd we will do our best to replace it.
